Requirements

The Associate Manager, Product Marketing, Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI) requires a Bachelor's degree and experience in product marketing, with a strong understanding of the medical device industry and a demonstrated ability to develop and execute marketing plans. Experience in the Asia Pacific region, particularly in China and Japan, is highly desirable, and knowledge of the TMTI market is essential.

Responsibilities

This role involves championing opportunities and needs in Asia Pacific, contributing to the establishment and achievement of marketing objectives, providing leadership to cross-functional teams, driving new product launches, developing and overseeing marketing plans, defining and segmenting markets, targeting and positioning products, and leveraging customer relationships to support sales efforts. The Associate Manager will also be responsible for analyzing data, tracking KPIs, and taking corrective actions as necessary, as well as developing promotional tools and optimizing existing marketing materials.
