Job Title: Associate Manager, Product Marketing, Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI)

Job Summary: The Associate Manager, Product Marketing, Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI) is responsible for the MitraClip and emerging TriClip portfolio in the Asia Pacific region. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Manager TMTI, this role involves setting strategic direction and implementing tactical activities to drive clinical adoption, improve outcomes, and enhance customer satisfaction. This position acts as the primary point of contact for all Asia Pacific markets regarding the TMTI portfolio's technology, market dynamics, planning, execution, and business objectives. The role encompasses managing TMTI products throughout their lifecycles, including market analysis, opportunity assessments, marketing plan development, and long-term planning for new technology prioritization and market entry acceleration, particularly for China and Japan (planned for FY2026).

Reporting Structure: Reports directly to the Regional Marketing Manager of the Transcatheter Mitral & Tricuspid Interventions (TMTI) franchise, Structural Heart Division, Asia Pacific.

Responsibilities

  • Regional Advocacy: Champion Asia Pacific opportunities and needs by providing evidence-based input to Regional Management and Global Marketing, identifying and securing expansion opportunities for existing and pipeline products.
  • Marketing Plan Execution: Contribute to the establishment and achievement of objectives through the development and close execution of annual marketing plans.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Provide leadership to internal functions (Public Affairs, MarCom, Finance, Clinical, Quality, Regulatory) to ensure awareness and alignment with product-specific business objectives.
  • New Product Launch Strategy: Drive cross-functional teams to develop Asia Pacific-specific strategies and plans for new product launches, including market analysis, clinical strategy, reimbursement strategy, education and training, and product positioning/messaging.
  • Marketing Mix Management: Develop and oversee the execution of the marketing plan, encompassing market segmentation, targeting, positioning, and all aspects of the marketing mix (product, supply chain/distribution, price, and integrated marketing/promotion).
  • Performance Monitoring: Set appropriate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) (leading, activity, clinical, performance), analyze data, and track progress to implement timely corrective actions.
  • Sales Enablement: Leverage customer relationships, technical expertise, and product knowledge to plan and coordinate new launches, and equip the sales team with appropriate messaging, campaigns, and tools that highlight objective, relevant differentiation.
  • Promotional Material Development: Develop promotional tools and optimize those provided by Global Marketing for launch.
