Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, Master's in Engineering preferred or related field
4-7+ years of relevant professional work experience, including 3+ years in software security
Familiarity with Identity/Access Management products (Okta, Oracle, IBM, Microfocus)
Hands-on experience with databases and programming languages: Java, Bean Shell/JavaScript, JSP/Servlets, SQL
Experience with Agile Product Management methods (sprint planning, resource management, scope, schedule, status, documentation)
Advanced skills in time management and task prioritization
Experience with web technologies: XML, SPML/SOAP, Web and Application Servers, HTML
Ability to translate complex problems and ideas into easily understood descriptions
Familiarity with RBAC
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Passion for managing products and driving results
Ability to multitask

Responsibilities

Feature Grooming: Review requirements, complete informative analysis, develop sprint plans to guide scrum team towards stakeholder goals, ensure team understanding of product
Manage sprint goals: Draft and distribute sprint plans in advance, answer questions, troubleshoot issues, resolve impediments
Practice customer-centric development: Work with stakeholders to understand needs and pain points, capture and share client feedback, collaborate cross-functionally, report product success, strategize improvements
Agile Management: Run daily rituals (scrum, backlog grooming, planning, retrospective) for cross-functional team, monitor issue progress, provide solutions
Track and communicate progress: Measure performance for presentation to stakeholders, customers, and partners
Change Management: Monitor progress, invoke change management process for new requirements or if sprint goals at risk
Thought leadership: Assume leadership in area of expertise, feature service/product, build trust and recognition
AI Driven Product Planning: Integrate AI into product management workflows to enhance analysis, research, scrum efficiency, and problem-solving
