Background in Product Management and Digital Tools, with understanding of Product Management Agile process
Good oral and written communication skills, with a focus on client service
Experienced in constructing/overseeing logical and conclusive presentations
Experience with Salesforce and Azure ADO (a plus)
Understanding or knowledge of Wealth Management products or business areas, and client needs impacting product development agenda/roadmap
Experience within Trust/Fiduciary Services (a plus)
Good communication skills to build trust and buy-in with end users, and build key relationships/influence across business lines
Organizational skills to support goals, resources, and staff skill development
Project management experience (advantageous), including planning, research, analysis, design, and governance
Proficient in Microsoft suite of products, with emphasis on Teams (and likely others like Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Responsibilities
Support discovery and innovation by creating matrix of end users, scheduling requirement sessions, and documenting requirements and needs
Assist in new product planning by participating in forecasting and planning, and composing/maintaining BRDs using Agile method
Display balanced, cross-functional perspective, liaising with business to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity
Support new product introduction by coordinating with Change Management, Training, and Trust Practice on pilots/rollouts, conducting post-launch surveys, and gathering feedback
Assist with communications to stakeholders and end users, helping communicate updates and key information
Help organize and manage intake of feedback from Trust Capability landing page, coordinating discussions, submitting to partners, and managing process from intake to acceptance
Manage permissions requests and other customer service requests from front-line partners, escalating atypical issues to Product Manager
Track product satisfaction by launching surveys, gathering feedback directly, and creating log for potential future improvements
Help gather and document requirements, manage demo cadence with SMEs and stakeholders, assist coordination with change management for pilots/launches
Perform regular maintenance of product materials, help manage backlog, maintain product inventory and key metrics
Support new product introduction by creating risk analysis
