Responsibilities

  • Support PMO lead to conduct analysis and drive operation of strategic initiatives, developing and maintaining comprehensive project management workflows related to strategic promotions
  • Identify risks, and design and propose new developments and amendments of project-related activities for risk mitigation to PMO lead
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, and make detailed records for logging best practices
  • Manage and drive the development and implementation of every product-related initiative in partnership with assigned subject matter experts and other team members
  • Work with relevant internal and external stakeholders to increase campaign participation of Visa clients, develop and enhance customer engagement solutions, and ensure flawless execution
  • Co-develop new campaign methods and approaches with the marketing team and run PDCA cycles to develop best practices based on data analysis
  • Work with data science and finance teams to measure business and financial performance and KPIs to keep the project on track
  • Bring new ideas for project-related activities to increase success probability of the overall project and maximize its outcomes
