Requirements

Willing to learn new skills, processes, and techniques, demonstrating a curious mindset and creativity in problem-solving, and able to articulate and recommend effective solutions
Comfortable working in a close-knit team and capable of working independently
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in procurement or a similar position
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is advantageous
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in handling complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
Attention to detail, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks from beginning to end
Knowledge of procurement processes and best practices
Familiarity with supplier management and vendor relationships (preferred)
Strong time management and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines
Positive attitude and a can-do mindset
Fluency in English, both written and spoken

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and processing of purchase orders, requisitions, and other procurement documents
Support the evaluation and selection of vendors through market research and data analysis
Collaborate with team members to identify cost-saving opportunities and process improvements
Prepare reports and presentations on procurement activities and performance
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities
Work closely with team members, supporting them with procurement and supply management requests related to their categories
Promote, provide guidance, and ensure compliance with the Global Procurement Policy and associated processes for internal and external stakeholders
Independently manage one or more spending categories with the team's support
Conduct intermediate-level financial analysis of tender responses to present to the senior team and the Global Head of Procurement
Keep the Procurement Source to Contract platform updated for all contracts and supplier management (e.g., contract end dates) and identify opportunities for improvements in systems and processes
Update the Procurement intranet site to ensure it is current and up to date, and recommend and implement improvements
