Requirements

University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Strong academic record and previous experience in a Big 4 or a management or strategy consulting firm is advantageous
Well-developed financial and operational analytical skills and the ability to conduct deep-dive analysis and build financial models combined with a structured approach to problem-solving
Exposure to Deals and a strong interest in building a career in consulting within operational value creation, performance improvement or transformation is advantageous
Native or Business fluent German & English (C1) is essential; additional European languages are highly desirable
Proven ability to think analytically and approach complex business problems in a structured way
Flexibility to travel when required for client engagements

Responsibilities

Deliver pre- and post-acquisition workstreams for leading Private Equity owned companies and Corporates including sell side and buyside operational due diligence, pre- and post-deal Carve out, Integration, Operational value creation, Performance improvement & revenue enhancement, Cost optimisation, Day-1 readiness & 100-day planning, mitigating risk for clients and Target Operating model design
Apply established methodologies to help drive results and mitigate risks for clients
Collaborate on operational delivery responsibilities including working with operational specialists to successfully transform areas including sales, manufacturing, supply chain management, logistics, and purchasing alongside experienced colleagues of the team
Coordinate individual workstreams and communicate with internal teams to ensure progress and quality
Assist in the development of pitch materials and conduct research to support thought leadership initiatives for Private Equity and Corporate clients
