Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 2-3+ years of work experience in a marketing agency and/or an in-house marketing department
  • Background in the luxury goods industry strongly preferred
  • Experience in planning and executing marketing campaigns
  • Solid understanding of KPIs and campaign performance metrics across online marketing channels
  • Balance of strategic and creative thinking with strong analytical skills
  • Unwavering attention to detail, rigor in execution, and proven ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically about marketing campaigns

Responsibilities

  • Create and execute 360° multi-platform marketing campaigns for various Luxury categories including sports memorabilia, sneakers, wine, and others to increase awareness, reinforce positioning, drive new client acquisition, and further engage the existing client base
  • Brief Creative Studio on marketing elements requiring design and storytelling, such as advertising, collateral, content, and exhibition assets
  • Manage budget for marketing campaigns to support assigned auctions and sales
  • Track and update marketing activity calendar, consignment promises, project timelines, media plans, and email/communication schedule
  • Oversee and work collaboratively with colleagues in Press, Proposals, Creative, Special Events, Content and Growth in the planning, local execution, and strategic promotion of marketing campaigns from start to finish, including live/virtual events, exhibitions, collateral, and digital marketing; ensure deadlines are met and budgets are adhered to
  • Create and maintain ongoing competitive analysis, identifying key trends in luxury industry programming, including the execution of auctions, events, and exhibitions
  • Provide ad hoc project support as needed
