Responsibilities

  • Supports the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing events across Europe & Africa
  • Coordinates logistics, manages vendor and partner communications, and ensures cultural and regulatory alignment for each market
  • Localizes event materials, supports on-site execution, and tracks post-event performance to inform future strategy
  • Works closely with manager to research & identify new event/tradeshow opportunities and ROI
  • Plans, coordinates, and executes targeted event marketing campaigns that will drive awareness, consideration and conversion to meet sales objectives and business goals
  • Manages domestic & international event calendars, materials, and logistics
  • Leads, implements, and provides status updates on all projects (project management)
  • Maintains a detailed procedure/process manual (work instructions); improves and documents processes and procedures
  • Takes ownership of assigned projects and independently drives for results
  • Requests quotes/Bids/Orders from approved suppliers
  • Attends events and trade shows to lead and/or support event set-up, execution, and customer facing marketing
  • Tracks and reports on marketing KPIs
