Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience, preferably in computer science, management information systems, or a related field. They must have at least six years of experience in disaster planning and business recovery, including experience working with information technology, mainframe and client server platforms, and company business recovery offerings and procedures. A Disaster Recovery Certification is required, and DRI certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Associate Manager Infrastructure Services will coordinate and establish business continuity programs and business resumption planning across multiple platforms for small to medium sized clients, interfacing with clients, vendors, and company personnel. This role involves coordinating and monitoring simulation testing, preparing pre-test objectives and post-test reports, investigating and planning business continuity plans, advising on crisis management teams, developing awareness incentives, assisting in coordinating business recovery contracts, and controlling annual expenditures related to business continuity contracts. The position also requires strong business writing skills, the ability to work in a team environment, and willingness to travel, as well as the potential for evening or weekend work.
