Responsibilities

  • Execute the talent strategy, provide consistent experience to managers and employees, and support/execute the engagement strategy for Stryker Sustainability Solutions
  • Provide HR partnership to managers on work environment, employee relations, performance management, employee retention, and business processes by executing the HR strategy
  • Serve as subject-matter expert to managers on HR policies, procedures, compliance, and equitable application to mitigate risk
  • Implement solutions aligned with global HR best practices
  • Build strong partnerships with managers to provide effective HR resources and maintain involvement in employee relations activities
  • Provide guidance on HR matters, partner with experts to develop solutions, and use business/HR metrics, labor market knowledge to facilitate decisions
  • Partner with managers and HR to implement business solutions, coach on HR/business issues, and execute programs/policies/procedures for an engaged culture
  • Deliver solutions for retention, change management, and employee engagement, partnering with experts as needed, and execute consistent HR services
  • Analyze and present data to managers, recommend solutions supporting culture and HR strategy
  • Analyze root causes of work environment issues and manage interventions/solutions with stakeholders
