Responsibilities

  • Conduct online and phone research to discover contact details to share with the sales team
  • Collect and compile contact information for assigned cannabis business leads
  • Help with licensing and other administrative work as needed in Revenue
  • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of the collected data
  • Maintain detailed and accurate notes on all interactions with leads
  • Update CRM or lead management systems regularly to reflect the latest status and information
  • Provide feedback and insights to the sales team to help improve lead conversion strategies
  • Track key performance metrics related to lead generation and appointment setting
  • Report on the effectiveness of lead generation strategies and suggest improvements
  • Ensure a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions
  • Ensure all lead generation activities comply with relevant regulations and ethical standards
  • Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the broader needs of the organization, including those related to other verticals or markets
