Requirements

  • Proven experience in developing content tailored to internal stakeholders
  • Strong ownership of content creation, including writing and editorial responsibilities
  • Skill in consolidating information from multiple sources into cohesive messaging
  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and build international connections
  • Expertise in finalizing content for distribution across platforms such as Viva Engage
  • Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously with strong organizational skills
  • Proficient in using tools such as Microsoft Copilot, email distribution lists, and SharePoint

Responsibilities

  • Apply specialized knowledge to perform tasks and achieve objectives
  • Support project goals through effective task completion and decision-making within established procedures
  • Develop, edit, and manage content for internal communications channels (e.g., Intranet, digital signage, internal social, etc.)
  • Develop and deliver change management communications
  • Help optimize internal communications processes and provide channels for employee feedback
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to engage and inspire associates
