Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate Import/Export Coordinator is responsible for planning and executing import and export activities for assigned studies, including preparing documentation for import license submissions and coordinating transactions through delivery. This role involves ensuring compliance with PPD, client, and regulatory requirements, developing import/export plans for projects, and performing other logistical and administrative tasks as needed. The coordinator will also track regulatory changes, interact daily with vendors like custom brokers and forwarders, maintain import/export files, and provide recommendations on import/export issues.
