Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Minimum 8-10 years of Human Capital experience with specific experience as an HC Business Partner or generalist experience supporting senior leaders
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills and experience leveraging data to diagnose problems and drive solutions. Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as an active member of both business and HC teams, both as a strategic advisor and hands-on contributor

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Senior Human Capital Business Partners on HC strategy and key projects (e.g., data analysis requests, headcount planning, talent management projects, diversity initiatives, training and professional development, compensation frameworks, mid-year and year-end roundtable processes, year-end compensation process, succession planning, engagement surveys)
  • Manage headcount reporting/tracking with Comp and FP&A teams, including managing open roles and other key Workforce Planning processes in OrgVue and Greenhouse
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition on recruiting activities including search firm identification, interfacing with search firms, offer approvals, on-boarding, and new hire assimilation
  • Manage all immigration cases within business area coverage
  • Support employee relations matters, as appropriate
  • Help drive the Program Analyst and Associate process including the promotion and departure process and program offerings
  • Serve as part of the Actuarial Student Committee representing Human Capital and run the Actuarial Rotation Student Program
  • Remain flexible and help support other key global HR initiatives
