Responsibilities

Perform independent and/or supervised on-site installations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment
Maintain customer satisfaction and provide both phone and on-site customer support
Verify and approve the operational quality of Stryker systems and equipment
Exercise sound judgment and decision making within generally defined practices and policies in selecting methods/techniques for obtaining solutions
Independently manage work calendar and travel schedule
Serve as company liaison with customer on administrative and technical matters
Achieve and maintain a high level of performance to meet and exceed company’s financial goals and performance metrics
Collaborate with senior-level Field Service Representatives and Stryker Sales teams
Manage and control field inventory, tools, test equipment, technical documentation, and other assigned equipment
Prepare and submit applicable field service documentation (e.g., field service reports, expense reports, service checklists) in a complete, accurate, and timely manner
Travel and assist in other Field Service team members' territories
Instruct/train customers on technical operation and maintenance of equipment
Perform software and hardware upgrades/updates
Handle installation and maintenance of equipment at conventions, road shows, cadaver labs, or seminars
