  • Live within a maximum 80km radius of Medtronic office in Heerlen, the Netherlands
  • HBO work & thinking level
  • 2+ years’ experience in export-related customer care or logistics environment
  • Fluent in English
  • Customer service focus
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Computer literacy (MS-Office & ERP Systems)
  • Strong sense of responsibility and high flexibility
  • Able to prioritize in a constantly changing environment and to deal with stress

Responsibilities

  • Provide a professional level of expertise and service, applying Medtronic processes, tools, policies and monitor product- and information flows
  • Resolve issues in an efficient, compliant way
  • Strive for the highest level of customer experience, get to know the customer, comply with their specific requirements, and take care of their needs to exceed expectations
  • Process orders in ERP (i.e., SAP) systems
  • Manage all incoming calls and handle all incoming e-mails
  • Deal with customer requests, complaints, letters of credit and tender documents
  • Build lasting relationships with customers, commercial teams and partners in other departments and disciplines
  • Contribute to company strategy in customer experience, strong business growth, operational leverage, and continuous improvement as a responsible, accountable partner with high commitment towards customers
