Proficiency in Russian and English for data monitoring and analysis is required, with Ukrainian, Belarusian, or other Slavic languages being a plus. A strong understanding of geopolitical risk, world events, social media, and publicly-available data is essential. Experience in a real-time information environment is preferred.
The Associate, Domain Expert will serve as an expert on Eastern Europe, Central Asia, and Russian geopolitical developments, analyzing data feeds to improve AI models. Responsibilities include annotating and labeling complex real-time events, developing projects to enhance AI model performance, making real-time decisions with incomplete data, and collaborating with stakeholders across offices for region-specific training.
