  • Strong expertise in talent acquisition, particularly in scaling hiring for Sales, Legal, Risk, Compliance, Finance, Operations, Strategy, and Marketing
  • Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams of recruiters
  • Ability to partner closely with senior business leaders (e.g., General Manager, CFO, General Counsel, Chief Risk Officer)
  • Founder-like energy, strong role-related expertise, sharp thinking, and motivation by company mission
  • Fast decision-making with good judgment, curiosity, first-principles thinking, balancing speed and rigor
  • Humble, collaborative approach with ability to turn ideas into products and "get stuff done" end-to-end
  • Proficiency in using AI to work smarter and solve problems faster
  • Based in London (hybrid role)

Responsibilities

  • Lead and develop the team: Mentor a high-performing group of recruiters, set clear goals, and support their professional growth
  • Partner with regional leadership: Act as the main point of contact for the EMEA General Manager and align TA efforts with regional business needs
  • Shape hiring strategy: Partner with go-to-market and corporate leaders to define talent strategies, pilot new approaches, and build world-class teams
  • Directly drive critical, high-impact hires across key corporate functions
  • Report to the Global Head of Talent Acquisition
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and leadership to understand business needs and source top talent
  • Build strong relationships with candidates and deliver seamless recruiting experiences reflecting company culture
