Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field; master's preferred
3+ years of engineering management experience with teams of 4+ people
7+ years of experience building enterprise-scale software with C#, .NET, and modern web frameworks
2+ years of hands-on experience with Large Language Models, machine learning frameworks, or AI application development
Advanced experience with AWS services; deep knowledge of serverless architectures (Lambda, SQS, API Gateway)
Strong understanding of modern frontend frameworks (Angular, React, Vue) and their integration with AI services
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience with LLMs, OpenAI API, Azure AI Services, or similar platforms
Proficiency with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, or other AI orchestration frameworks
Experience designing and implementing large-scale, distributed AI systems
Proven track record of leading teams in Agile/Scrum environments
Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions and communicating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
