Requirements

Expertise in project/program management, particularly in R&D and late lifecycle product strategies for established products
Experience in matrix organizations, providing cross-functional operational leadership
Ability to drive portfolio strategy, initiate, plan, execute, and report integrated end-to-end compound development plans
Proficiency in scenario planning, risk management, mitigation, problem-solving, contingency planning, and data-based decision-making
Skills in optimizing plans through constructive challenge and continuous dialogue with functions
Familiarity with standard budgeting and forecasting models
Alignment with J&J Credo values and Leadership Performance Standards
Ability to co-lead Compound Development Teams (CDTs) as a core member, supporting post-marketing activities

Responsibilities

Establish CDT strategy in partnership with the CDTL/CL, driving goals and objectives aligned with Established Products overall strategy
Lead the team to translate CDT strategy into an integrated, executable plan
Conduct scenario planning, set priorities, manage and mitigate risks, solve problems, and develop contingency plans
Optimize plans through constructive challenge and continuous dialogue with matrixed team functions
Drive data-based decisions
Work with standard budgeting and forecasting models
Provide program and portfolio management, along with cross-functional operational leadership to EP CDTs
Ensure program excellence by initiating, planning, executing, and reporting the integrated end-to-end compound development plan as approved by EP Governance
Support the operation of the strategy plan and accelerate delivery of innovative solutions and late lifecycle deliverables
