Requirements

Candidates should have extensive experience in hematology/oncology and allogeneic bone marrow transplant sales or marketing, with field-based marketing experience preferred. They should possess a fluency in leukemia and/or bone marrow transplant clinicals, academic center account experience, and launch experience. Furthermore, they need demonstrated ability to work cross functionally with other teams, 10+ years of related experience with a BA/BS degree in a related discipline, and an advanced degree (MA/MBA/PharmD) is preferred. The candidate must be located in California, Oregon, Washington, Arizona, Nevada, Idaho, Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Colorado or New Mexico, and be able to travel approximately 50% of the time including overnight travel.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director, Market Development, West will be responsible for KOL development, including designing and executing KOL engagement strategies, managing HCP-facing responsibilities for the Marketing team, leveraging KOL insights to inform Brand strategy, developing regional congress strategy and execution, managing regional marketing budgets, identifying and recruiting KOL speakers, and creating Brand strategy and tactics. They will also be instrumental in facilitating COE onboarding, contributing to cross-functional pre-onboarding, identifying KOL champions, and optimizing launch readiness and execution through internal collaboration with regional cross-functional teams, including Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial Operations. Finally, they will interact with all levels of the Sales Force to ensure effective communication and alignment of Brand tactics, while complying with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
