Requirements

Adequate years of solid work experience in Commercial Leasing with reputable organizations, preferably in a property-related field
A self-disciplined, accountable character
A broad understanding of the commercial market
Outstanding communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
A strong team player, with a proven track record in developing talent
University degree or above, majoring in Real Estate Management or Real Estate preferred
Proficiency in spoken and written English

Responsibilities

Support Office Services Team Leader to Grow, Manage and Lead the office leasing team
Support to provide strategic leasing and marketing to the office property portfolio
Liaise with tenants, property agencies and related parties
Assist in handle the negotiations of leasing transactions
Maintain existing relationships with business partners and develop new business with potential tenants
Support initiating business development activities of existing and new clients through direct mailers, canvassing etc
Respond quickly to business referrals generated by the Colliers Global Network
