Requirements

  • Expertise in clinical trial feasibility strategies and platforms
  • Ability to collaborate closely with Delivery Unit (DU) stakeholders and functions like Data Science and Digital Health (DSDH)
  • Proficiency in driving data-driven approaches, including site segmentation and site tiering
  • Capability to gain insights into trends and identify opportunities to enhance feasibility ways of working (WoW)
  • Experience supporting creation of innovative frameworks and WoW tailored to DUs and Medical Affairs Organization (MAO)
  • Knowledge of optimizing feasibility engagement strategies with partners for global clinical trials

Responsibilities

  • Drive harmonization and development of new suite of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)/Job Aids to ensure consistent structure and approach
  • Work collaboratively with key stakeholders to design strategies aligned with DU priorities
  • Accountable as the lead on several large initiatives to improve feasibility processes, such as commissioning data strategies, leading SOP development, and executing process improvements in partnership with other feasibility leaders
  • Support feasibility steering committee as a facilitator and subject matter expert for feasibility
  • Support teams during execution of high-touch programs to ensure adoption and consistent ways of working
  • Perform post-mortem analysis
