Requirements

Candidates should possess extensive experience in property consulting with a proven track record in various assignments and a Master's degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field; MRICS is preferred. Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills, including MS Office proficiency, are essential, along with demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage P&L, and meet revenue targets. Excellent business development skills, a solid understanding of real estate market dynamics, and outstanding communication skills with the ability to interact effectively at all levels are also required.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director/Director of Advisory Services will lead the P&L for the west region, focusing on business development, revenue targets, and strategic growth initiatives. They will execute and oversee advisory assignments, represent Colliers to clients, and develop innovative solutions for complex challenges. Responsibilities also include managing and developing the team, improving efficiency, nurturing talent, and ensuring consistent service delivery. Additionally, they will conduct market research, analyze trends, maintain industry knowledge, establish and maintain strong client and partner relationships, identify cross-selling opportunities, and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
