Responsibilities

Drive and own the national foundation strategy, including developing and activating annual revenue strategy for ~$20-25M portfolio (35%)
Serve as strategic partner to Senior Director of Development, understanding donor ecosystem
Strategize donor engagement through Moves Management and project manage execution
Partner to identify, vet, and cultivate new national prospects
Track national revenue progress, weighted pipeline, and project manage quarterly action plans
Review grant applications and report drafts, providing feedback for timely, high-quality submissions
Lead creation of standardized systems for national donor stewardship (40%)
Coordinate inputs from Senior Director, Development, and central teams for compelling donor stories
Craft and standardize complex donor narratives for key opportunities
Develop high-quality collateral like funder decks, national grant applications, and reporting templates
Maintain Salesforce and platforms with up-to-date information to support fundraising goals
Implement stewardship processes for timely, thoughtful donation acknowledgments
Own portfolio of national funders and manage strategic external stakeholder relationships (25%)
