Requirements

Candidates must have over 10 years of relevant experience and strong business acumen with extensive experience in driving credit risk strategy and acquisition underwriting for credit cards or unsecured loans. Direct experience leading the credit strategy analytical life cycle, including strategy formulation using advanced data analytics, A/B testing, P&L evaluation, proposal presentation, strategy implementation, and performance monitoring is required. Proven analytical skills in conducting sophisticated analysis using customer performance data and the ability to synthesize and communicate insights to business partners and senior management are essential. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is necessary, along with a highly motivated, results-oriented attitude and the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

The Associate Director will collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to create and implement credit products that meet the needs of SMBs. They will build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide transparent communication on credit performance and risk management. This role involves continuously improving the company's credit risk management strategy and policies, leading and mentoring the credit and risk management teams, and staying informed about industry trends and regulatory changes. Additionally, they will use advanced data analytics and machine learning models to lead the credit risk assessment framework.
