Expertise in project management tools and techniques for generating project plans, customized analysis, and scenarios
Capability to perform critical path analysis based on fully integrated cross-functional project plans
Experience working with PMO partners for alignment and integration in tools like Planisware

Responsibilities

Partner with highest priority new product development programs to de-risk and accelerate groundbreaking product launches
Proactively translate processes, knowledge, and expertise into specific solutions for teams during key development phases
Apply facilitation and influencing skills to engage project team leaders, Therapy Area leaders, and functional partners across J&J to enable success and champion the Accelerando team
Support Compound Development Teams (CDT) as a trusted advisor to project leadership and strategic partner to functional members
Assist CDT leadership in making informed, timely decisions using experience, project management expertise, and leadership to facilitate execution
Support generation of project plans and provide insights via customized project analysis and scenarios
Bring clarity and focus to key project activities through critical path analysis on integrated cross-functional plans
Work with PMO partners to ensure alignment and integration of CDT project plans in Planisware
