Responsibilities

  • Monitor work and progress by supervising junior designers and providing support as needed
  • Conduct internal design reviews to ensure alignment with Client Service and Strategy teams' imperatives
  • Oversee design and production for logos and design systems across digital and traditional channels
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics, and generate ideas to portray concepts and advertise products/services at high quality standards
  • Review all materials for consistency in layout guidelines and branding elements; take proactive approach to meet client objectives and deadlines
  • Review and guide solutions for effectively communicating messages in digital media through color, type, imagery, and format
  • Maintain awareness of budget requirements, alert client service leads when exceeding budget, and obtain approvals
  • Defend strengths of existing concepts while remaining open to input and further explorations
  • Evaluate and synthesize data from clinical studies, presentations, and published papers; identify graphic opportunities to visualize data clearly and effectively
  • Work with developers to ensure proper implementation within web environments
