Requirements

Responsibilities

The Associate will gather key information from clients to understand their needs, collaborate with the Partner and analyst to develop and execute search strategies, develop search documentation such as position descriptions and status updates, and drive research efforts to identify high-quality candidates. They will also proactively contact potential candidates, assess their fit for the role, and serve as a mentor and coach to the analyst, ultimately supporting the Partner in relationship development and management with senior clients and candidates.
