3+ years of experience in financial services with exposure to business, middle office, or operations functions or experience in Agile Product management with a focus on ideation and backlog grooming
Solid understanding of asset and risk management and financial instrument modelling across a reasonable subset of fixed income, equities, derivatives, and alternatives
Ability to flexibly balance priorities in a fast-paced environment
Strong financial and quantitative abilities with attention to detail
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to convey complex concepts simply and clearly to stakeholders
Knowledge of data modelling and ETL techniques (a plus)
Exposure to agile methodology, data management, or service management (a plus)
Exposure to asset management systems, preferably Aladdin (a plus)

Support the intake of product ideas, assessing ideas within the defined SLAs
Gather requirements and define user stories and acceptance criteria through collaboration with Engineering, in line with Agile best-practices
Manage the product backlog ensuring it hits KPI targets
Work with stakeholders including Data Stewards and the Program team to understand business priorities to correctly sequence development
Actively promote the product roadmap to partners, articulating the benefits and key results we are delivering
Provide periodic updates on the progress and outcomes of each PI to the Product team highlighting wins, risks and blockers
