  • Tailored communication for different stakeholders and geographies, using health scores, adoption insights, horizon maps, and metrics
  • Proactive communication with cross-functional teams (Product, Implementation, Support)
  • Precision in prioritizing accounts, tasks, escalations; planning engagement based on lifecycle stage
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (maintaining Org Charts, Account Plans, Success Plans, Tasks, Sponsor Ratings; using reports/dashboards)
  • Ability to track adoption/engagement trends, create reports, and simple automations for efficiency
  • Balance of day-to-day actions with longer-term initiatives to drive product adoption and advocacy
  • Completion of onboarding, product certification(s), and Sitetracker customer success methodology within 90 days
  • Platform proficiency demonstrated in customer-facing settings within 90 days

Responsibilities

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of EMEA customers using a digital-first, scalable engagement model to ensure end-user adoption and demonstrate platform value
  • Drive Sitetracker’s scale strategy by shifting from high-touch to efficient, repeatable, personalized engagements delivering measurable outcomes
  • Collaborate with Implementation, Product, Support, and Sales to unblock friction, keep accounts moving, and translate product capabilities to business value
  • Establish a scalable communication strategy within the first year
  • Analyze adoption, value, and retention risk across accounts; create and execute formal plans to address them
  • Position Sitetracker’s solution to customer business needs, ensuring stakeholders see ROI and next success milestones
  • Own and optimize onboarding and success plans for consistent engagement
  • Deliver proactive success reviews and health checks for long-term value realization
  • Handle escalations urgently, coordinating cross-functionally for rapid resolution
  • Support renewal preparation with data-driven insights and ROI storytelling
  • Deliver tailored updates via email, Loom videos, etc.; produce executive-level content (e.g., Sitetracker Business Reviews) for virtual delivery
  • Maintain proactive communication loops with Product, Implementation, and Support
  • Prioritize accounts, tasks, and escalations; plan engagement frequency by lifecycle stage
  • Keep Salesforce current and leverage reports/dashboards to track deliverables
  • Track adoption/engagement trends to surface insights/risks early; manage cadence at scale
  • Create reports and simple automations for portfolio management and risk detection
  • Within 90 days: Complete onboarding, certifications, methodology; demonstrate platform proficiency; assume ownership of initial EMEA portfolio with meeting cadence and risk monitoring; deliver first Sitetracker Business Reviews (SBRs)
