Responsibilities

  • Manage the Customer Care area within the Customer Logistics Function in Turkiye (including Customer Care for Joint Replacement, Trauma, NV, Sports Med, Medical, NSE, Surgical and Endoscopy, ProCare Customer Services, and all other orders for disposable products)
  • Oversee the entire operational process for the area, implementing solutions to develop, maintain, and improve customer satisfaction, reduce costs, and optimize inventory
  • Support the Customer Logistics strategy for Turkiye by providing detailed operational reviews of processes, procedures, methods, and tools
  • Take full responsibility for the area, monitoring and achieving all Customer Service, operational, efficiency, and financial KPIs
  • Manage day-to-day operational relationships with key customers
  • Manage the team by sourcing, developing, managing, and engaging talent to create a highly motivated environment that meets business expectations
  • Take ownership and participate in projects to increase customer satisfaction, efficiency, lower costs, and optimize inventory levels
  • Implement and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in customer service
  • Build and maintain relationships with Enabling Functions such as Finance, RAQA, and Sales, driving leverage opportunities
  • Ensure Compliance, SOX, FCPA, and Quality policies are implemented, with robust procedures, work instructions, and trainings in place
