Responsibilities

  • Support the development of short- and long-term strategies for the US credit card business in alignment with corporate objectives
  • Assist in building and updating strategic roadmaps, business plans, and go-to-market frameworks for new and existing credit card and loan products
  • Develop comprehensive business cases for new customer value propositions
  • Conduct market research and competitive landscape analysis to identify trends, shifts in consumer behavior, and inform future product development strategies
  • Manage daily engagement with internal and external partners for key initiatives
  • Coordinate across internal teams to align timelines with go-to-market strategies
  • Drive collaboration and cross-functional execution of project milestones
  • Create and tailor presentation content for local and global forums where strategic initiative updates will be shared and discussed
