Responsibilities

  • Lead the reimagination of DTC experience and oversee digital excellence across retailer.com
  • Lead creative evolution of brand.com experience and ensure consistency across total e-commerce footprint (including retailer.com and Amazon)
  • Manage multidisciplinary team, guiding execution of seasonal refreshes, content drops, and UX enhancements
  • Lead high-performing workstreams within Shopify environment
  • Lead creative development across owned DTC ecosystem (brand.com and Amazon), including full-site redesigns, campaign execution, and continuous optimization
  • Deliver elevated, conversion-minded design solutions for homepage, landing pages, PDPs, and interactive modules
  • Collaborate with digital product and development partners to align front-end design with backend capabilities for scalable, high-performing solutions
  • Own creative vision across full digital ecosystem (brand.com, email, paid media, Amazon storefronts)
  • Ensure cohesion across storytelling, UX, merchandising, and performance-based design
  • Align creative output to global brand standards and own visual direction for digital brand expression
  • Support brand expression across retailer.com, owning creative development for region-specific product launches and campaigns
  • Lead ground-up creative development for RSPs
