Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant professional experience, with 1-2 years of experience working with contracts or in a contract-related capacity
  • Advanced fluency in English
  • Excellent written and oral communications
  • Strong project management and critical thinking skills
  • High degree of organization and prioritization skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail and follow through
  • Strong relationship building, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Candidates must be in Colombia
  • Preferred: Familiarity with Workfront and Onit systems
  • Preferred: Customer service experience
  • Preferred: Reporting and analytical experience
  • Preferred: Medical Device Industry experience
  • Preferred: Familiarity with SAP
  • Preferred: Familiarity with the U.S. Sunshine Act
  • Preferred: Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Preferred: Proficient in Portuguese

Responsibilities

  • Receive and process requests to create contract records
  • Partner with legal department for the creation of U.S. and International HCP consulting agreements and other contract needs
  • Process invoices, check requests and other billing requirements
  • Perform audits on incoming requests
  • Data Entry for Sunshine Reporting
  • Maintain up-to-date departmental policies & procedures
  • Communicate effectively to internal and external customers via phone, email and systems
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to execute tasks in a timely manner
  • Work individually or with a team in recommending action and managing projects to completion
  • Perform various projects as assigned
  • Identify, define and address problems that are not immediately evident
  • Gather, collect, record, track and verify data and information from multiple sources
  • May design processes to enhance workflow
  • Provide data and information to others on functional unit processes and procedures
  • Provide project or program support to a functional group or business process
  • Monitor program/project/system status, budgets and timetables
  • Apply knowledge of and experience in company operations to assist in the development, implementation and administration of program/system guidelines and procedures
  • Gather and compile information for reports
  • Provide technical support, which may include program/system training, program/system documentation, data extraction, data review, tracking and coding
