Responsibilities

  • Promocionar el portafolio de productos de CRM de Medtronic a profesionales de la salud, asegurando una comunicación clara sobre los beneficios clínicos y el valor para el paciente
  • Realizar inservices de productos mostrando los beneficios, y características de los mismos
  • Proporcionar soporte técnico continuo e información específica sobre el portafolio respondiendo de manera oportuna a las necesidades de los clientes y ofreciendo soluciones basadas en evidencia
  • Capacitar al personal clínico de los hospitales asignados asegurando que cuenten con los conocimientos técnicos y materiales necesarios para utilizar los productos de forma eficaz y orientada al paciente
  • Impartir entrenamiento y formación in situ a profesionales de la salud, facilitando la adopción de nuevas tecnologías y promoviendo practicas clínicas alineadas con altos estándares de calidad
  • Construir y mantener relaciones sólidas con instituciones y profesionales de la salud, actuando como asesor técnico confiable y promoviendo la excelencia en la atención
