Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, and hold active Series 7 and 63 FINRA licenses are required. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential, along with a collaborative mindset and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

The Associate will manage, administer, and organize activities across the Institutional Client Group team, handling and managing responses to investor inquiries such as RFPs, DDQs, and RFIs. They will foster clear and efficient communication within the team and across CIM, define project scopes in collaboration with the Relationship Manager, ensure timely delivery of project deliverables, conduct research and analysis on potential investors and market trends, maintain the team schedule, attend meetings, and prepare internal and external communications, including Salesforce reports and presentations.
