Responsibilities

Serve as main point of contact (POC) for brands in content generation programs
Report on review collection and display
Conduct webinars and document instructions for clients
Provide customer support and strategic guidance to help customers achieve their consumer generated content (CGC) goals
Assist with product selection, shipping, and fulfillment
Handle escalations
Work closely with team members in the US and Europe
