Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in banking or a relevant sector, preferably in technology risks, operational risks, and risk notification
  • Ability to produce high-quality documentation, paying attention to details
  • Ability to quickly understand complex technical concepts and make them easily comprehensible in text and visualization
  • Solid computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint). Advanced knowledge of Excel, data analysis, and business intelligence tools will be valued
  • Strong organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize multiple projects at once
  • Fluent English

Responsibilities

  • Support the implementation of the key risk indicator (KRI) framework
  • Work with team members and key stakeholders to develop appropriate metrics and provide relevant and accurate data
  • Ensure that reporting activities are executed and reviewed in a timely manner and resolve any deficiencies in requirements
  • Collect data and information following established procedures and provide complete and accurate reports
  • Create accurate and timely reports using Microsoft Office and business intelligence tools
  • Manage the metrics inventory
  • Ensure the integrity and accuracy of communicated data through a quality control process
  • Support the governance of reporting, escalation, and remediation of IT risks/issues
  • Perform analysis of technology issues, risks, and root causes
  • Work with internal teams, including the senior Technology management team, to gain a deep understanding of existing risks, causes, severity classification, controls, and corrective actions
  • Work with key stakeholders to respond to questions and requests from auditors and regulators related to the KRI program and metrics
