The Associate will support a ‘We vs. Me’ mentality, exemplify the firm’s three cultural values daily, gather key information from clients to understand their needs, collaborate with the Partner and Analyst to develop and execute search strategies, craft outreach messages and job descriptions, facilitate discussions with candidates, direct research activities, manage the day-to-day details of search engagements, and build strong relationships with senior clients and candidates within the Digital Transformation practice.
