Requirements

- 2 years of experience in billing operations, financial reconciliations, or project coordination (preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to reconcile complex financial data with high accuracy (preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify process improvements (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for partnering with sales teams and client leads (preferred)
Responsibilities
- Support North America billing activities and financial reconciliations
- Perform project coordination and data entry related to billing and financial reconciliations
- Handle North America billing tasks, including cash and drawing down on VIK (Value in Kind) incentive funds
- Reconcile billing between financial billing systems to ensure precision and accuracy
- Collaborate in North America to draw down expired VIK funds
- Manage cash billing processes
- Partner with sales and client leads to track project delivery milestones and ensure billing accuracy
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations and content
