Responsibilities

The Associate Agile Coach will foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration across engineering teams, supporting them on Agile principles and best practices aligned with business goals. Key responsibilities include conducting team assessments, recommending process improvements, providing coaching to managers and team members, participating in training sessions, supporting teams with Jira boards and project configuration, informing delivery teams on corrective actions, enforcing standard compliance, and leveraging AI tools for decision-making and workflow optimization.
