Responsibilities

  • Handles sensitive and confidential matters with discretion and sound judgment, assessing the appropriate course of action, referral, or response
  • Serves as a key liaison between the executives and internal/external stakeholders, fostering smooth communication and maintaining trust and credibility across all levels of the organization
  • Keeps leaders informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and responsibilities, while anticipating needs and providing timely follow-up
  • Maintains awareness of the broader organizational context and acts as a barometer for emerging issues
  • Builds and nurtures relationships critical to the success of the organization, and supports or leads special projects with cross-functional impact
  • Manages competing priorities with efficiency and professionalism, ensuring timely and high-quality execution of tasks, often under tight deadlines
  • Organizes and coordinates internal and external events, including team meetings, leadership offsites, office-wide gatherings, and other business-related functions, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with business objectives
