Senior Sales Account Manager

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field, and a minimum of two years of sales experience, with a preference for three years, specifically in medical device or pharmaceutical sales. They must maintain all relevant certifications and vendor credentials, demonstrate critical thinking skills to solve complex clinical problems, and exhibit excellent command of the English language with strong written and verbal communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills. Furthermore, candidates should have demonstrated experience in influential skills and followership, the ability to concentrate on detail, and strong attention to detail, along with comprehensive computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to develop presentation materials.
The Associate Account Manager will work with physicians and hospital staff professionals to sell Inari’s products using clinical data, stocking, and selling new products, focused on prospecting, generating interest, and uncovering sales opportunities. They will meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales quotas, driving incremental revenue through successful sales activities, developing and growing relationships with clinical staff, nurses, and physicians, leveraging customer relationships to increase sales revenue, utilizing the established database to maintain customer records, educating physicians on device handling and troubleshooting, discussing product fit and communicating the value proposition, identifying market development opportunities, providing internal communications, attending trade shows and conferences, coordinating sales opportunities with Account Managers and Regional Team(s), and performing other duties as needed.
