Completes daily maintenance to client accounts as directed by the client servicing team partners
Uses some initiative but refers more complex problems to managers/experts
Works effectively as a team member and independently
Identifies and resolves problems within established guidelines
Knowledgeable of the core aspects of the job and works towards proficiency in all areas
Completes administrative functions/special projects as needed or requested
