BCBA credentialed for at least 2 years
BCBA with 3+ years of experience
Strong foundation in all clinical KPI metrics
In good standing on all BCBA metrics, including Attributable and Client Service Hours, Cancellation Trends (team members and clients), POC Timeliness and Quality, Conversion Rates, and RBT Supervision Rates

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day operational support within the clinic
Foster a strong community within the clinic
Participate in client and staff interviews
Attend and participate in outreach events
Analyze operational dashboards and collaborate with the Clinic Director to identify areas for improvement
Review intake packets and support client/BCBA pairings
Attend weekly caseload planning meetings
Participate in 1:1 supervision meetings with BCBAs and Clinic Directors
Lead RBT performance conversations
Develop skills to progress to an Associate Clinic Director (Level 2)
