Requirements

Candidates should possess proficient PC skills, specifically in Windows and IOS environments, and a strong understanding of mobile devices such as smartphones and iPads. Preferred qualifications include an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree, one year of PC desktop or technical support experience with client contact, knowledge of Microsoft O/S and PC hardware, Microsoft Printing, Active X controls, and Mobile devices (Smartphones/iPads). Experience with ticketing systems like Clarify, Remedy, or Footprints, and automotive industry experience are also preferred.

Responsibilities

The Assoc Technical Support Analyst will receive inbound client/associate inquiries via phone, web chat, e-mail, and online ticket systems, creating case logs and documenting information to facilitate timely resolution of issues. They will assess problems, establish a course of action, troubleshoot software applications, recommend corrective action, and submit requests for product changes. The role involves guiding clients through resolution of technical issues, applying knowledge of CDK case resolution processes, and providing customer service and remote support. Additionally, the analyst will work in a team environment, assist team members, provide other ad hoc support, and adhere to internal mobility criteria regarding training and role tenure.
