Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
Detail oriented with good analytical and problem solving skills
Proficient in both written & spoken English with good communication skills
Strong PC literacy skill, including Word, Excel, and/or Access with basic understanding of relational databases
Previous experience in a supervisory role is a plus

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end data production process and supervise a team that monitors and supports production flow
Develop and support a new data offering project which includes data loading, cleansing, standardization and on-going data production
Work with commercial and development team to ensure new data product is launched on time
Manage critical QC and oversee end-to-end production to ensure on-time report delivery
Act as SME to support client facing team, commercial team or clients
Perform ongoing analysis and evaluation of existing process with the objective of providing continuous improvements
Provide training to the team in all aspects of production process
