Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic leadership for developing and deploying environmental compliance policies, management systems, and programmatic activities
  • Lead all aspects of key environmental technical projects across Vantive
  • Determine operational/business impacts and develop/implement strategies for applicable requirements
  • Partner with internal collaborators to develop and execute EHS&S standards, programs, and processes
  • Develop and deploy enhanced environmental programmatic strategies to ensure compliance with regulations, Vantive’s EHS management system, and ISO 14001
  • Track and report environmental compliance metrics to closure
  • Engage with businesses/sites to advance multi-media environmental projects and provide solutions
  • Support segments and sites in meeting ESG targets and regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate across the business to seek feedback and improve environmental programs, policies, and systems
  • Liaise with legal counsel, external vendors, and regulatory agencies to assure compliance and implement risk mitigation
  • Proactively identify EHS&S gaps, develop/implement corrective measures, and leverage lessons learned
  • Collect/measure enterprise EHS&S data to support risk-based project/program design, planning, execution, and trend evaluation
  • Track/assess impact of EHS&S laws/regulations/trends and ensure global plans for compliance
  • Develop/implement tactical plans and initiatives to support business objectives
  • Develop/maintain training materials for EHS&S management systems and performance
  • Lead/participate in EHS&S Corporate audits
