Contract Management Associate

Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification and at least 3+ years of relevant experience. They should demonstrate an understanding of regional principles of contract law, including knowledge of business, intellectual property, and local tax and stamp laws, as well as a general understanding of investigator grant negotiation and business, contractual, and financial principles.
The Assoc Contract Manager will draft, review, negotiate, and finalize agreements with study sites, negotiate within approved parameters, communicate and train teams on contract templates and processes, assess legal and operational risks, serve as a lead regional interface for client revisions, coordinate site startup activities, complete tracking and reporting, assist with training material preparation, and supply to change initiatives within the department.
